Kham Valley Trek is eastern part of Tibet, It is quite famous due to natural land escape and saint road but is has been hidden part of Tibet.
The Kham Valley Trekking in Tibet is less developed in terms of tourism as compared to many other places in Tibet so its untouched heritage is intact in the valley. The Kham Valley Trek consists of ranges of exotic treks with gorgeous rippling rivers, lush green valleys, Tibetan villages and rough terrains. Kham valley is also known as ‘the lost Tibet’ since it has not been traversed frequently by travelers which explains its preserved nature and landscape.
The valleys Kham Valley is comprised of many pictorial scenes, vivid meadows, breathtaking gorges lined with ancient monasteries. The “Saint Road” is another highlight of this trek as it is an ancient secret road thickened by history. The best weather conditions for doing the Kham Trek is in spring during ( April to June) or autumn from ( September to up until mid November ) to enjoy a better view of the mountain tops. The maximum incline one will reach is around 5000 meters meaning proper adjustment is mandatory otherwise it can be really strenuous. You are required to have two permits, the Tibet Travel Permit and an Alien Travel Permit which allows mounted troops to travel across the designated borders arranged by specified proven travel agencies. Attaining both of the permits will allow you to embark on a new adventure, an adventure that is deeply rooted into Tibetan culture.
